Rental Conditions

The camper is rented out by a contract and take-over protocol between the two sides – Tenant and Lessor, in perfect technical condition and equipment.
– The camper is rented out with full fuel tank and after the end of the contract must be returned with full fuel tank.
– The driver who is entitled to drive the camper must be at least 25 years old and must have a valid driving license for at least six years
– The Tenant shall pay the Lessor a deposit of 800 BGN upon hiring the camper, which is then recovered after 5 business days, by bank transfer or number . In an event of improper use of the camper, the Tenant is sanctioned. The payments, stated in the contract may be in cash or by a bank transfer!

– Up to two days after the booking confirmation by the Lessor, the Tenant must pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the rental period and 10 days before the rental date he must pay the remaining amount!
– In case the Tenant decides in advance to cancel the reservation 30 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the amount for the rental period is deducted. In case the cancellation is 7 days before the start of the rental period, 60% of the amount for the rental period is deducted.
– In case of early termination of the contract by the Tenant within the specified day and time, he is not entitled to claim a refund
– The deposit cannot be used for extending the rental period!
– The Tenant is responsible for all violations and for not observing the Law on Motor Vehicles /cameras, speed limits, parking, etc./
– In case of a malfunction in the camper, the Tenant must notify the landlord immediately.
– In case of an accident of motor vehicles, the Tenant must immediately inform the traffic police in the country where it is located, as well as the Lessor.

– In case of an occurred damage caused by the Tenant, whose fixing requires a stay in service-station, 50% of the rental price per day for the entire period of stay in service-station is paid as lost profits.

– The Full motor own damage insurance does not apply to the territory of Serbia
– – Only transit through the territory of Serbia is allowed and the responsibility shall be borne by the Lessee
The Tenant shall not use the camper for towing trailers, motor vehicles, as well as improper management!
– Travels outside the European Union are described explicitly in the renting contract, at the discretion of the Lessor – therefore there is an installed GPS satellite tracking system of the vehicle
– The camper is driven only by the driver, who has been enlisted into the renting contract and the same holds the overall responsibility for it!
– In case of damage caused by consumption of alcohol, opiates, etc., the blame and the costs are borne by the Tenant, because the insurances do not cover damage of this kind

– The Lessor is entitled to claim for early termination of the renting contract, if he considers that the initial conditions are not respected or are violated
– In case of loss or damage of keys or documents the Tenant is sanctioned
– In case of overdue day and time of return according to the contract, the rental price per day + 50 BGN is paid
– The camper must be returned to the landlord in the condition in which it was rented. Otherwise, the tenant must pay a fine of 30-80 BGN!
– In case of dirty toilet cassette the tenant must pay a fine 20 BGN
– In the rental price of the camper is included stewardship of the client’s car at a company parking lot.
Free-of-charge mileage of 400 km per day /when in excess of the daily mileage a surcharge of 0,20 BGN per kilometer is paid/
– Full motor own damage insurance for Bulgaria and the European Union
– Civil (third party) liability insurance
– Vignette for Bulgaria
– Free-of-charge parking space for your car during the rental period
– Auto assistance insurance valid for Bulgaria and the European Union
– TV-plan with a digital receiver
– Initial loading of the chemical toilet with preparation
– Full clean water tank – 120 liters

– Pets are allowed only with explicit approval by the Lessor
– In the camper the smoking is forbidden, in case of internal damage and deformation the Tenant should pay for the damage and cleaning
– In case of damage to the roof and interior of the camper, caused during its use as a result of non-observance of the maximum width and height limits, as well as driving in difficult of access places, damages in suspension, tires and wheels, the tenant must pay all the expenses.
Supply camper outside Burgas region, once paid 100 Euro fee.
For model Laika – Kreos 4009 – 2020 г. the deposit is BGN 1500 – In case of non-compliance of the terms and conditions for renting the vehicle, the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
