Rental period

The minimum rental period is 3 days. A delay of up to 59 minutes is allowed. In case of a larger delay, the overdue time is paid on the basis of a full rental day, according to the tariff for an extraordinary day. The tariff for an extraordinary day is specified in the lease agreement.

Age

The minimum age for renting a car is 23 years. Tenants under the age of 25 pay an additional fee specified in the rental agreement.

Documents

Valid ID card or passport for foreign citizens. Driving license valid on the territory of Bulgaria, issued at least 1 year before the date of employment. International driving license, in cases where the information in the national is not in Latin.

Driver Hire Service

Union Car BG Ltd. offers the service “rent with a driver” fee for 8 hours – 50 €. For more information contact the reservation center.

Child seat

Safety seat for children weighing up to 18 kg – free.

Third party liability insurance

Liability insurance is included in the rental price of the car. It covers property and non-property damages caused by the tenant to third parties or sites. There is a possibility for full insurance of the car with the fault of the driver and the fee is different depending on the class of car.

One-way rentals

One-way rentals are those in which the client starts the rental at one point and returns the car to another. For more information, contact the reservation center.

Fuel

Fuel is not included in the rental price. The renter receives the car with a full tank, and undertakes to return it with a full tank. When returning the car with an incomplete tank, the renter pays for the missing fuel at a price specified in the contract.

Method of payment

Union car BG Ltd. accepts credit cards Visa, Mastercard / Eurocard, Diners Club. We also accept cash deposits to guarantee payment as the amount of the deposit depends on the duration of the rental. The deposit for renting a car varies between 150 and 200 €
